DAMAC Lagoons master community
DAMAC Lagoons is a 49 million sq.ft Mediterranean master community in Dubailand, next to DAMAC Hills, with 8,883 villas and townhouses and 4,800 apartments around crystal lagoons and a white-sand beach.
Road access is from Hessa Street, Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, and Emirates Road (Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road). The setting is a quieter suburban corridor with city access, not a downtown high-rise district.
Themed villa and townhouse clusters include Mykonos, Ibiza, Costa Brava, Monte Carlo, Marbella, Malta, Venice, Portofino, Nice, Santorini, and Morocco. Apartment buildings are a separate book: Lagoon Views, DAMAC Lagoons District (Valencia and Piazza Roma), and upcoming Cetara and Sorrento.
